When we stepped through the society, we came across inadequacy of fundamental development. So it becomes very important to feed and support the undeveloped elements of the society. For such reasons, The Change Foundation was established.

Talent Search Exam
Brainovention 2015-16
Conducted at Chakan, Pune with 500+ students participating. Selected students received educational materials, prizes, certificates, free computer literacy programs, and seminars.

Brainovention 2014-15
Over 3000 students from Chakan participated in this two-round exam. 48 winners were provided with financial support for education up to 10th standard in association with IDEA Foundation, Pune.

STRInnovation 2015
On International Women's Day, we felicitated 10 exceptional women from different sectors who made significant contributions to their respective fields. Also conducted a free health checkup camp for women.

Beyond our flagship campaigns, we run continuous programs that provide sustained support to students and communities.
Career Awareness Seminar
Organized at Phaltan for 10th and 12th passed students with Dr. Arun Patil (Principal, Vishwakarma Institutes), Prof. Kunjir (Joint Director DTE, Maharashtra), and Mr. Vandan Nagarkar (Motivation Speaker).
Computer Literacy Program
48 winner students from Brainovention were enrolled in a free computer literacy program at Kharabwadi, Chakan. They receive basic and moderate level computer education every Saturday and Sunday.
Donation Drive for Student Welfare
Students from weak economic backgrounds with good academic scores are given notebook sets to fulfill their educational needs.
